As a photographer, I’ve been lucky enough to work with many wonderful couples on their special day. Trust me, I’ve seen it all when it comes to weddings. One thing I’ve learned is that having a great team of vendors can make all the difference. This ensures a seamless and worry-free day. And let me tell you, Maegan and Josh’s fall Virginia mountain wedding at Glass Hill in Virginia was a perfect example of this. The wedding day was nothing short of perfect. The Venue + Visuals

The wedding took place at Glass Hill, which was absolutely stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for Maegan and Josh’s special day. The team at the venue was so helpful and accommodating and really helped to make the day go smoothly. As soon as you step onto the property, breathtaking views of the rolling hills and fields will greet you, making it the perfect backdrop for a romantic and intimate wedding. The venue itself is spacious yet cozy, with modern amenities and rustic touches that create an inviting and warm atmosphere. From the ceremony space overlooking the valley to the reception hall with its floor-to-ceiling windows, Glass Hill has it all. I can’t recommend this venue enough for couples looking for a picturesque and charming wedding location.

Golden Hour Visuals did an outstanding job capturing Maegan and Josh’s wedding day. They beautifully captured every precious moment, from the bride’s stunning entrance to the couple’s first kiss as newlyweds. Their attention to detail and creativity truly brought the entire day to life in their videography. Maegan and Josh now have a stunning and emotional film that they will treasure for years to come. The Details

I am OBSESSED with these florals!! White florals are a classic and timeless choice for any wedding day. The arrangements provided by Urban Flora truly captured the beauty and elegance of this color scheme. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, the white blooms were stunning and created a sense of cohesion throughout the entire event. The florist’s attention to detail and use of different textures and shapes in the arrangements added depth and dimension to the overall aesthetic. The floral arrangements can truly elevate the overall look and feel of the wedding day.

One of the most unique and fun aspects of the wedding was the voicemail audio guestbook by After The Tone. Guests left heartfelt messages for the couple, creating a wonderful keepsake for them to look back on for years to come.

The Fits

The wedding dress, from Studio I Do Bridals, was a showstopper. AG Alterations made sure it fit like a glove. Of course, it’s not just about the bride.. the groom and his groomsmen looked dapper in their suits from Mens Warehouse.

Maegan looked absolutely stunning on her big day, thanks to her hair and makeup team, Boho Braids by Ivy and Deja Gentry. Ivy worked her magic on Maegan’s hair, creating a beautiful bohemian-inspired look that perfectly complemented her dress. Deja did an amazing job with Maegan’s makeup, accentuating her natural beauty and making her feel like a true QUEEN on her special day. They kept the bridal party laughing all morning with their fun vibes! They really captured her vision and made her feel confident and beautiful. The spray tan by nudefx gave her a glow that made her shine even brighter.

Let’s Eat!

Of course, we can’t forget about the delicious food and dessert! Pumpernickel Pickle Catering provided the guests with an amazing meal, while Shyndigz served up some of the most mouth-watering desserts I’ve ever tasted. The PARTY!

Let’s talk about the DJ, Obehi. He kept the party alive with his infectious energy and interactive playlist. Obehi really knew how to read the crowd and played all the right songs to keep the energy high. He had the dance floor packed all night, and everyone had a blast. Having a DJ that can keep the energy up and the party going is crucial for a successful wedding reception, and this DJ definitely delivered. He even played some upbeat songs during the bridal party photos earlier in the day to keep the mood light and FUN!!

Castle Event Lighting provided all of the equipment and expertise to light up the night. It really gave it that extra “oomph.” Their lighting services can transform any venue into a romantic and dreamy atmosphere.

The wedding planning was by A Little Party, and they truly live up to their name. This team makes sure every detail is accounted for. Thanks to our well-planned timeline and their assistance with keeping us on track, we were able to make magic happen. Seamless Bliss

All in all, this wedding was a total success thanks to the incredible team of vendors. It’s so important to have a great team in place to ensure a seamless and worry-free day, and Maegan and Josh definitely had that. All of these amazing vendors worked together to create a truly unforgettable day for the couple – a day that was filled with love, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.
